Abstract

The development of information technology has encouraged the government to transform digitally, one of which is through the use of the Regional Government Information System (SIPD) which aims to support the effectiveness and transparency of regional financial management. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence user satisfaction with SIPD in Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) in Palu City using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) approach, which covers five main dimensions, namely Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use, and Timeliness. Using quantitative methods, this study conducted a survey through questionnaires to 229 financial managers from 41 Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) in Palu City. The results showed that simultaneously, Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use, and Timeliness had a significant effect on User Satisfaction. Partially, Accuracy, Ease of Use, and Timeliness significantly affect User Satisfaction. Meanwhile, Content and Format do not significantly affect User Satisfaction. These findings indicate that users prioritize accuracy, ease of use, and speed of the system in displaying information. The results of this study provide considerations for the Palu City Government in its efforts to develop SIPD to place more emphasis on improving data quality, navigation, and system processing speed in order to optimally encourage user satisfaction.
