Abstract
This study aims to analyze the role of Green Human Resource Management in supporting organizational sustainability. The method used is qualitative through a Systematic Literature Review by reviewing research in 2020-2025. The results of the analysis are expected to show that Green Human Resource Management can improve pro-environmental behavior, work efficiency, and organizational reputation. The expected findings include supporting factors and challenges in the implementation of Green Human Resource management, as well as opportunities to develop green Human Resources practices that are more relevant in the digital era.
