Abstract

ABSTRACT
This study aims to examine how the participatory leadership style (X) of the village head contributes to increasing community empowerment (Y) in Mantangisi Village. This study uses a descriptive-quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires. Respondents consist of village officials, community leaders, and residents involved in empowerment programs. Data are analyzed through simple regression using SPSS.
