Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital leadership and public service innovation on the performance of civil servants in the era of digital government transformation. This study uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to employees of the North Morowali District Health Office. The variables studied include digital leadership, public service innovation, and employee performance. Respondents were selected through purposive sampling, which focused on Health Office employees in the North Morowali area who had undergone the Digital Government Transformation process.The data collection results show that digital leadership (X1) plays an important role in encouraging technology adaptation and collaboration in the work environment. In addition, public service innovation (X2) also contributes to improving the effectiveness and quality of employee performance (Y). Overall, this study confirms that the implementation of visionary and innovative digital leadership can strengthen the performance of civil servants amid the government^s digital transformation process.
