Performance Evaluation of a Website to Enhance Information Service Quality

Abstract

A website serves as a repository of essential information required by its users. Information retrieval and ease of navigation are key indicators of effective and efficient website management. Analyzing website management performance is one of the approaches used to assess a website^s overall performance. This study presents a performance analysis of websites using several tools, including GTMetrix and Pingdom, while comparative measurements were conducted using SimilarWeb. The findings indicate that each evaluated website exhibits distinct strengths and weaknesses based on the performance metrics assessed.
