Based on an original qualitative case study, the findings confirm that school club programs are highly effective in developing students^ non-academic potential in the fields of STEM, arts, sports, and religion. These programs foster 21st-century skills-essential competencies required for success in the information age and global competition-including the 4Cs: critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration. Furthermore, they promote additional literacies such as information, media, and technology literacy, along with adaptability, leadership, initiative, productivity, and social skills. Collectively, these outcomes contribute significantly to the cultivation of positive character traits and enhance parental trust in the school.
