Development of the Arabic Language Ambassador Program to Improve Arabic Speaking Skills of Students at La Tansa Modern Islamic Boarding School Universitas Negeri Jakarta Abstract This research is meant to develop an Arabic Language Ambassador program to boost Arabic speaking skills among students at the La Tansa Modern Islamic Boarding School. It^s done to deal with the problems and challenges students face when learning Arabic, especially when it comes to speaking, and to help them feel more motivated and understand Arabic lessons better. The method used in this study is the research and development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) developed by Dick and Carey (1978). This study was conducted to determine the needs, design, development, implementation methods, and evaluation of the Arabic Language Ambassador program at the La Tansa Modern Islamic Boarding School.
