Innovation in Reproductive Health Education: Developing a Deep Learning-Assisted UNO Reproductive Card for Puberty Readiness (1) Universitas Negeri Malang, Indonesia Abstract Science learning at the secondary school level should not only emphasize cognitive understanding but also provide meaningful experiences relevant to students^ lives. This study aimed to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of UNO Reproductive Cards, an UNO-style educational card medium using a deep learning approach, to improve puberty readiness and reproductive health literacy in the human reproductive system topic. The research employed a Research and Development method with the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate). Needs analysis revealed that existing media were less interactive and did not include puberty content, with an initial average puberty readiness score of 77.2 (moderately ready). The UNO Reproductive Cards were designed to promote active engagement, reflection, and meaningful understanding through problem-based activities and interactive discussions. After expert validation, the product obtained an excellent validity score (media 96.47%, devices 100%, and material 100%) with only minor revisions on layout and illustrations. The implementation was conducted with ninth-grade students at MTs Sultan Agung Kalipare. Pre-test and post-test results showed an improvement in learning outcomes from an average of 66.4 to 80.0, with an N-gain of 0.4 (medium category). Meanwhile, puberty readiness scores increased from 77.2 to 82.1, and reproductive health literacy reached an average of 82.1. Student response questionnaires indicated very positive engagement with a mean score of 91.1, showing good acceptance of the media. These findings demonstrate that the UNO Reproductive Cards are effective in improving conceptual understanding, learning motivation, and reflective awareness of reproductive health. Game-based media with a deep learning approach are recommended as an innovative strategy for teaching sensitive topics and have strong potential for development into digital formats to achieve long-term impacts.
