The health promotion media developed in this research is in the form of a snakes and ladders game with specifications obtained from the results of a preliminary study at Oro-Oro Dowo Elementary School, Malang City. This research was carried out to determine the effectiveness of the Snakes and Ladders game as a health promotion medium regarding the dangers of smoking behavior. This type of research is R&D, with one group pretest and posttest trials. The subjects needed in this research are media experts, material experts, and students aged 9-13 years as research samples. The average result of increasing knowledge was obtained with a value of 0.000 using the Wilcoxon test so that there was a difference in the average knowledge value in the pretest and posttest data. The results of the feasibility test obtained scores of 90,91%, 92,71%, and 81.28% so the assessment category was very feasible.
