PENGEMBANGAN KOLABORASI ORANG TUA PROGRAM KEBUGARAN FISIK TERINTEGRASI UNTUK SISWA SEKOLAH MENENGAH PERTAMA: TINJAUAN LITERATUR Faculty of Sports Science, Jakarta State University, Indonesia Abstract Physical fitness is a crucial aspect in the development of junior high school students, yet several studies have shown that students^ physical fitness levels are still low. This article aims to review the current literature on physical fitness program development, the role of parents, and school-based interventions to improve physical fitness of junior high school students. Through a systematic literature review of 5 key articles published between 2020-2023, it was found that the physical fitness level of junior high school students is still low, with 75.3% of students in the deficient category. The physical activity model developed proved effective in improving physical fitness by 41.63%, while the SIBBER (Siswa Bugar Berkarakter) program successfully improved physical fitness and sportsmanship character. The role of parents is very important in maintaining children^s fitness, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic, and school-based interventions that expand physical activity opportunities have proven effective. In conclusion, the development of an integrated physical fitness program involving parental collaboration has the potential to improve the physical fitness of junior high school students, with the need for a comprehensive program, involving the active role of parents, and tailored to the specific needs of junior high school students.
