Abstract
This research focuses on the I^m Citizens for Project E-Assessment Innovation Measuring the Patriotic Spirit of Web App-Based Students Using the Naive Bayes Method. The research location is the Department of Pancasila and Citizenship Education, Faculty of Social Sciences, Medan State University (PPKn FIS UNIMED), with a sample of students from the class of 2022. Based on initial observations, the main problem identified in this research is the low patriotic spirit of students, manifested in the average grades amounting to 55.40 from a total of 62 samples. Indicators for assessing the spirit of patriotism include loyalty, courage, willingness to sacrifice, and love of the nation and state. The aim of this research is to develop an innovative e-assessment of students^ patriotic spirit based on a web app using the Naive Bayes expert method. The research method used is the ADDIE model development method (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate). Data collection techniques involve interviews and observation, while data analysis uses a Likert scale to measure product quality by involving experts in the IT/website field. Correlational data analysis is used to measure the relationship between research variables. This research will produce web app innovation product output as an e-assessment to measure students^ patriotic spirit. This research is expected to make a significant contribution to realizing the university^s 7th Main Performance Indicator (IKU), realizing the performance targets of departments and faculties in order to improve the quality of curriculum and learning, and becoming an initiation instrument for assessing attitudes (patriotic aspects) for the KDBK team on values, morals, and education in the PPKn Department.
