Abstract
This research aims to develop and implement an Internet of Things (IoT) based microprocessor system trainer as an effective learning medium. The research method employed is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model. The developed trainer integrates microprocessors with IoT connectivity to provide a more interactive learning experience relevant to current technological advancements. Research results indicate that the developed IoT-based microprocessor system trainer has a high level of feasibility based on expert assessments, with content experts scoring it at 87.5% and media experts at 85.2%. Small group trials with students resulted in a user satisfaction rate of 89.3%. Implementation of the trainer in microprocessor learning demonstrated an improvement in student learning outcomes with a gain score of 0.71, which falls into the high category. It can be concluded that the developed IoT-based microprocessor system trainer is effective as a learning medium and has the potential to enhance students^ understanding and skills in the fields of microprocessors and IoT.
