Abstract
Microteaching is a course in the 6th semester that covers the fundamentals of teaching by implementing various teaching skills essential for educators. During field practice, students often struggle with classroom management, partly because they have not yet mastered these basic skills. Therefore, a media tool, specifically a Project-Based Learning (PjBL) instructional video, is needed. This video is designed to help students directly observe and understand these fundamental skills. The purpose of this research is to develop a video that is both effective and self-sufficient for students. The study was conducted in the Physics Department at State University of Medan. This research employs the Research and Development (R&D) model ADDIE. Data collection instruments included observation, tests, non-test (questionnaires), and documentation. Both qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques were utilized in this development. The research results indicate that the video received a percentage score of 87% from learning experts and 76.33% from media experts.
