Abstract

Manufacture of tools for processing waste oil into liquid fuel for burning pig feed by heat treatment or pyrolysis method. The pyrolysis method is to heat raw materials with a little oxygen or other reagents, where the raw materials will undergo chemical structure breakdown into the gas phase. Making this incinerator tool to determine the performance of the tool to get the amount of liquid fuel produced and its characteristics. Used oil is heated from 30 degrees Celsius to a maximum temperature of 350 degrees Celsius. The implementation method uses the Four D development model. This model consists of 4 main stages: Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate. This incinerator consists of a storage room with a capacity of 5 litres of waste oil, a tool length of 1.5 metres, a distance from the waste oil supply to the combustion chamber of 1 metres and a combustion chamber with a height of 30 cm with a diameter of 3 inch over 2 inch and using an RF-EB 2 AC 220 volt blower. Incinerator tool was immediately implemented by pig farmers and training was carried out
