Abstract
Climate change is a global phenomenon that has a negative impact on human life, especially on the survival of coastal communities. In anticipating the impact of climate change which threatens the livelihoods of small-scale fishing communities in the coastal areas of Bandar Lampung City, a vulnerability study needs to be carried out. According to the 2007 Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), the level of vulnerability is influenced by the level of exposure, sensitivity and adaptive capacity. The aim of this research is to analyze the level of vulnerability of household livelihoods of small-scale fish fishermen. This research uses qualitative data with the research locus in Cungkeng Fisherman^s Village, Kotaarang Village, East Teluk Betung District, Bandar Lampung City. This research was carried out using a questionnaire adapted from the LVI-IPCC and in-depth interviews. Data was collected from 25 key respondents and 15 supporting respondents. The survey data was then analyzed by LVI and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the research showed that small-scale fisheries fishermen in both the upper and lower layers in the Cungkeng Fisherman^s Village were based on LVI-IPCC calculations, namely a value of 0.35 for upper-level fishermen households, meaning that the value was on a vulnerable scale and a value of 0.42 for lower-level fishermen. which means that the value is on a scale or range that is classified as having a high level of vulnerability.
