Dimensions of Digital Literacy in the 21st Century Competency Frameworks: Case Study at Musamus University 1 Department of informatics, Universitas Musamus, Merauke, Indonesia Abstract Digital literacy is the knowledge and skills of users in utilizing digital media, such as communication tools, internet networks and so on. User skills in digital literacy include the ability to find, work on, evaluate, use, create and utilize them wisely, intelligently, carefully and precisely according to their uses. This is very important for students in today^s technological era. This study aims to measure the level of digital literacy of students in the information systems study program totaling 50 students. The method used for this research is descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. The instrument used in the study was a questionnaire prepared based on the dimensions of digital literacy. The results showed that the dimension of background knowledge obtained an average of 70%, the dimension of basic literacy skills obtained an average score of 65%, the dimension of ICT skills obtained an average of 60%, the dimension of attitudes and perspectives of information users obtained an average of 55%. It is hoped that the results of this study can be used as a reference for improving students^ digital competence in the future.
