THE CULTIVATION OF THE MUTUAL COOPERATION CHARACTER OF THE PANCASILA STUDENT PROFILE (P3) IN SHAPING STUDENTS^ CIVIC DISPOSITION COMPETENCIES Universitas Negeri Jakarta Abstract This research aims to analyze how the cultivation of mutual cooperation character in Pancasila Student Profile can support the formation of students^ Civic Disposition. Data sources in this study were obtained through literature review. The findings in this study are the cultivation of the character of mutual cooperation as one of the core values of the Pancasila Student Profile has an important role in shaping the competence of Civic Disposition. Civic Disposition, which includes individual attitudes and behaviors as active and responsible citizens, is certainly the foundation in creating a democratic and harmonious society. The presence of the practice of mutual cooperation makes students involved to be active in social life, cooperate, and develop empathy and concern for others. Education that focuses on building the character of mutual cooperation not only improves collaboration skills, but is also able to build collective awareness and the importance of shared prosperity. In the context of school education, the cultivation of mutual cooperation values through project-based approaches, group activities, and community involvement can certainly strengthen students^ Civic Disposition competencies, so that students are able to become citizens who contribute positively to the nation and state.
