Abstract
The existence of digitalization affects the function of Human Resource Management within the organization. This revolution can actually be an added value for human resource management, especially in this case, with the use of artificial intelligence. Organizations need to ensure that the collaboration between artificial intelligence and human resource management can complement each other^s roles to achieve organizational goals. The purpose of this exploratory research is to find out how Digital Business undergraduate students perceive artificial intelligence and human resource management in the digital era. The contribution of this research is to explore the perceptions of Digital Business Practitioners and Technopreneurs as generation Z which is the future generation regarding the new role of human resource management by utilizing artificial intelligence in a digitally changing workforce that will become part of them to support the achievement of SDGs. in this regard: Quality education, decent work and economic growth, infrastructure, industry and innovation, sustainable cities and communities, and partnerships to achieve goals. A qualitative research methodology was adopted consisting of two two-hour focus groups with 20 participants in each group. Participants are students who have worked or carried out internships in various industries that apply artificial intelligence in their companies. This study will have a number of implications and recommendations for higher education organizations and providers.
