Abstract
Jakarta has recently made strides to change its car-centric city planning paradigm and offer seamless mobility through the Jaklingko concept, which provides a passenger with an integrated transportation journey. As a part of this journey, Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) is implemented by establishing JakLingko application in March 2022. With one year of implementation of the JakLingko application, this study aims to measure public acceptance as well as identify the factors contributing to the success of JakLingko application in Jakarta Metropolitan Area (Jabodetabek). This study also evaluates the benefit of JakLingko application adoption from economic, social, and environmental perspectives. A questionnaire was used in this study to collect data from a total of 650 randomly distributed JakLingko users across Jabodetabek. We propose the integration of the Technology Acceptance Models (TAM) and DeLone-McLean Information System Success (D&M ISS) model to validate the data. This research finds that the respondents still show a positive attitude toward the willingness to use the JakLingko application after one year of launch. The proposed factors of service quality, perceived usefulness, and information quality positively impacted the acceptance and use of JakLingko application. The result also reveals that users perceived a positive economic, social, and environmental impact of JakLingko application.
