Corporate Culture Development and Integrations in Mining Industry: A Literature Review 1,2,3* School of Business Management - Institut Teknologi Bandung Abstract This literature review provides an in-depth exploration of the corporate culture development and integration field from the perspective of the management of employees through an analysis of existing research, academic articles, and studies. Corporate culture is a fundamental aspect of organizations, shaping their values, beliefs, overall work environment, interactions, behavior, and dealing with the problem. The review examines the significance and impact of corporate culture development, integration, and change management in mining industries from the perspective of the management of employees, emphasizing its effect on employees^ relations, engagement, and development. It delves into the role of leadership in shaping and promoting corporate culture and the strategies and approaches employed for successful culture development initiatives. A total of six hundred journals were shortlisted, and forty-two articles were analyzed. The review was conducted using systematic critical review and confirmation by VOS Viewer software meta-analysis followed by applying a taxonomy of the research gap. The study concludes from Vosviewer Meta-Analysis indicates the area of this topic is still underexplored. Meanwhile, the systematic review concludes that this field still has population, evidence, and knowledge gaps. The techniques and methods for identifying gaps in the existing literature and suggesting potential avenues for future research offer valuable insights to practitioners and scholars seeking to understand and foster effective corporate culture development and integration practices.
