Abstract

High productivity is a corporate goal that must be continuously pursued, including at the Pantoloan Container Terminal - PT Pelindo TPK, Palu, Central Sulawesi. Operational conditions are faced with the problem of relatively low HR skills with limited resources and a high salary ratio. Realization of ship berthing time is often not according to a predetermined schedule. Facing these conditions the company must continue to make various efforts to continue to get good performance on an ongoing basis. Work system arrangement needs to be done to get optimal conditions. We conducted an assessment of the arrangement of the work system by using a Flexible Roaster or a flexible work arrangement, one of the alternatives that can answer this problem. However, it is realized that there will be other impacts that will arise with the work system with uncertain times, namely the impact on work-family conflict. Optimization of system change will be achieved if the Organization supports it, Organization restructuring needs to be done. With studies that involve these three aligned elements, optimal Corporate Performance is obtained.
