Abstract
This article aims to explain the comparison of NCTM standards for school mathematics from kindergarten to high school in the 2023 curriculum which is being developed and taught in Indonesia which will have an impact on
how to solve different social problems according to Indonesian conditions and culture. Thus, this is where mathematics as an interdisciplinary science is important to study, understand and practice in society which is its big laboratory. This research uses a meta-analysis method. The research results show that the Instructional Program in the NCTM content standards is included in the 2013 curriculum. It is even more specified/elaborated in the 2013 curriculum. In the 2013 curriculum, although there are 5 NCTM process standards in it, it does not fully demonstrate the 5 process standards provided by NCTM in implementation in schools, so that the
implementation of process standards in the 2013 curriculum is deemed not optimal. Meanwhile, in other discussions, in the 2013 Curriculum, teachers are also lacking in carrying out evaluations, even though to implement the demands of the curriculum in schools and the learning outcomes of graduates, it is necessary to evaluate learning achievements, one of which is through learning process standards. This is based on the evaluation function which is one of a series of activities in improving the quality of learning
