Hybrid System Dynamics and Artificial Intelligence for Diversification Modelling Product and Marketing Improvement of East Nusa Tenggara Woven Fabrics Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya Abstract The weaving process is carried out by artisans individually or in groups and the number of woven fabric products produced is limited according to the amount of labour and production on request. Craftsmen do not have the creativity to modify or produce other motifs, if there is a modification only in colour. To increase production, it is necessary to diversify (enrichment) starting from raw materials, management, development of new motifs. Along with technological developments, marketing is carried out through virtual stores or e-commerce media and social media. Craftsmen offer distributors or designers woven products in the form of scarves, blankets or cloth. The distributor sells to the public in the form of whole fabrics, while the fabrics sold by designers are already in the form of clothes, shoes, bags, hats or other accessories. As for craftsmen who understand technological developments, sell directly to the public without intermediaries, but this has not been done on an ongoing basis and the information provided is not detailed and up-to-date.
