Abstract

Semen Indonesia is the largest corporation in Indonesia and number one in Asean which has been established since 1910 continued to make performance improvements in the development of new factory operations and existing. The PT Semen Gresik factory in Rembang is the newest factory to start operating in 2017 with capacity of 4 million tons per year, with highly efficient human resources 50% of the previous practical standard. The need for competence has undergone a transformation, partly being replaced by systems and technology. How far is the competency factor- Knowledge, Attitude and Skill and technology influence company performance? Knowledge and atittute and information technology show a good influence on performance, according to the real conditions of field implementation where these factors priority for implementation and development. It^s anomalous that Skill doesn^t shows its effect on performance, this fact becomes a new phenomenon because shifting of skill functions from organic employees to outsourcing. Courage transforms with trust those who are high entrust high-risk work to third parties need proper preparation ripe. Does technical experience of more than 120 years provide a strong basis for this statement ?.
