The e-PPBGM application is a web application designed to assist health centers in monitoring and handling stunting. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the e-PPBGM application at the Nagrak Sukabumi Health Center using the HOT-FIT Model approach. The HOT-FIT Model is a health information system evaluation model that consists of three dimensions, namely Human, Organization, and Technology-Fit. This study uses a quantitative method with primary and secondary data analysis obtained from the Nagrak Sukabumi Health Center. The results show that the success rate of the e-PPBGM Application using the HOT-FIT model has a significant value and is in the good category, and the hypothesis testing results prove that all variables have an effect and are interrelated. However, there are some challenges that need to be overcome related to the aspects of Human, Organization, and Technology-Fit to ensure the success of implementing the e-PPBGM application. This study provides recommendations for improving the e-PPBGM application and implementation strategies at the Nagrak Sukabumi Health Center and other health centers that experience similar stunting problems. This study also implies that the e-PPBGM application can be an innovative solution to overcome the problem of stunting in Indonesia.
