Abstract

Alumni or college graduates have an important role for their respective universities to establish cooperation with various agencies. Therefore, the role of alumni can be optimized if the university has alumni data on an ongoing basis. Alumni data tracing is referred to as a Tracer Study conducted in Faculty of Mathematic and Natural Sciences, State University of Jakarta, Indonesia, which provides information on alumni data. Data collection has been carried out using the online form method, namely Microsoft Form, but in reality, it is less effective because the data cannot be updated, and data management cannot be managed properly. This research is an innovation in the search and management of alumni data in the form of a Tracer Study information system, which the system development model uses the Spiral Model since it is flexible to possible changes throughout the software development life cycle, so it can accommodate any needed alterations.
