Abstract

Jati Makmur Village in Bekasi City is an area that often gets flooding and inundation problems. The area is a basin area so it is difficult for the area to be free from flooding, one of the efforts that can be done is by planning the construction of the Kempo retention pond.
This plan aims to find an effective way to solve the problem of flooding and inundation in Jati Makmur Village. With the planning of this Kempo retention pond, it is proven that it is able to solve the problem of flooding and inundation in the area with a total flood discharge of 10.22 m3/s and can be accommodated in the retention pond of 100% with the dimensions of the retention pond 90 m x 20 m x 4.75 m.
