Abstract
Regarding the performance of state civil servants in Indonesia, there are many aspects that are highlighted regarding their performance, assuming the performance appraisal method is carried out by calculating the achievement of state revenues as an example for Samsat, the problems that occur become a challenge for immediate changes to be made for the better. . So with the background of the existing problems, the authors conducted a study to determine the effect of Transactional Leadership, Work Culture, Work Stress on the Performance of the Banten Province Samsat Employees, where the employee performance studied was a sample of this study as many as 250 people who were directly involved in the Banten Province Samsat Office, using a quantitative research approach and research instruments using a census approach with an error rate of 5% for data collection and direct and network questionnaires. The scales from Agree until disagree, With the results of the initial hypothesis showing that Transactional Leadership has a positive effect on employee performance, then work culture does not have a positive influence on employee performance and work stress has a positive influence on employee performance.
