Bibliometric Analysis: The Role of Adaptive performance and Psychological Capital in Organization

Abstract

Adaptive performance is needed during the Covid-19 pandemic. This is closely related to the individual^s ability to adapt to various changes that occur. Psychological capital in conjunction with the existence of hope, self-efficacy, resilience, and optimism in the face of various changes that result in various pressures in the work felt by employees. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between Adaptive performance and Psychological cap based on information literacy that currently occurs in organizations. Based on the results of the bibliometric analysis using the Application Publish or Perish and analysis with VOSViewer, from the year 2017 until 2022, it was obtained obtained from the databases of Crossref, Google Scholar, Pubmed, Scopus, and Semantic Scholar. Crossref database with the keyword Psychological Capital produces 1000 articles, Adaptive Performance 1000 articles, and both variables as many as 1000 articles. The Google Scholar database with the keyword Psychological Capital produces 1000 articles, Adaptive Performance 1000 articles, and both variables as many as 1000 articles. The Pubmed database with the keyword Psychological Capital produces 1000 articles, Adaptive Performance 799 articles, and both variables as many as 3 articles. The Scopus database with the keyword Psychological Capital produces 200 articles, Adaptive Performance 200 articles, and both variables as many as 11 articles. The Semantic Scholar database with the keyword Psychological Capital produces 1000 articles, Adaptive Performance 1000 articles, and both variables as many as 1000 articles, so it can be assumed that there is still limited research that discusses both. Contributions can be made, especially in the scope of the organization, namely so that appropriate interventions can be given so that employees can optimally adapt to changes that occur in the organization.
