Abstract
The existence of problems in industrial relations that have occurred recently is related to many and interrelated factors, the author conducted research on industries that have a work density in the sense of a large number of man power but the technology is still manual. This is a concern because the performance benchmarks between the management system and the expectations of workers refer to different things. In a certain work environment, a consistent pattern of work behavior is needed and is directed to achieve the desired goal. This consistent pattern of behavior is called a leadership style. Another factor that is quite important in the company is the motivational factor, because motivation will be closely related to human resources in the company, the role of motivation as a driver of increasing employee work discipline and if employees do not have motivation, the company will experience setbacks, considering employees are faced with conflict or obstacles and obstacles, therefore the company must provide motivation in the form of welfare and comfort at work, with the provision of motivation it is hoped that it will be able to overcome the conflicts faced and motivation can not only be expected but must be realized so that employees are able to improve work discipline in order productivity achievement The research was conducted in 50 labor-intensive manufacturing companies in Bogor, Bekasi and Karawang, West Java province with a total of 100 respondents, using a quantitative analysis model and resulted in the conclusion that the leadership style t transactional, motivation and discipline have a significant effect on performance
