Abstract
This study aims to determine and explore whether there is an effect of remuneration and career development on members performance with motivation as an intervening variable. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach with an ex post facto design. Respondents were selected using the probability sampling technique by applying the Slovin formula. From the total population of 694, the number of samples in this study was 254 members. Research data was collected using a questionnaire which was then analyzed quantitatively with the help of SPSS, which uses path analysis. The results showed that remuneration and career development directly or partially affect performance and motivation. In addition, other findings state that work motivation also affects members performance, and there are an indirect effect of remuneration and career development variables on performance through members work motivation
