Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze comprehensively the effect of transformational leadership on POLRI educators^ performance. The method was quantitative approach using survey and path analysis techniques. The analyzed variables were: The Performance of POLRI Educators (Y) as the dependent variable (endogenous) and Transformational Leadership (X) as the independent variable (exogenous). The sampling was chosen by simple random sampling. The population was educators personnel in the Lemdiklat POLRI Training Unit, in total of 1.279 people with total sample of 305 people. Based on statistical analysis using path analysis, there was positive direct effect of transformational leadership on the performance of the police educators. This study recomendad the need for improvement in transformational leadership in improving POLRI educators^ performance.
