Abstract
Experience and skills in reading various environmental changes are the capital in making decisions. These conditions encourage individuals to adapt to environmental changes. Effective adaptive performance requires an individual^s ability to manage changes in the work environment (information technology transformation, job assignments, and organization restructuring). New tasks due to information technology innovation require individuals to engage in new learning and adapt to the environment. Information technology transformation is closely related to the role of digital skills in shaping efficient adaptive performance. The purpose of this study is to describe the role and relationship between digital skills and adaptive performance based on a bibliometric analysis using the VOSViewer period from 2012-2022. Based on the results of literature research through 4 databases (Google Scholar, Scopus, PubMed, and Crossref), we found that 2013 papers use the keywords of digital skills and adaptive performance. Therefore, the number of studies that discuss the relationship between the two variables is still limited.
