Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out what factors can affect the quality of nursing services in Bekasi City. Nurses are the front line in providing services to patients, the services provided by nurses are a reflection of the health services of the hospital, therefore it is very important to maintain and improve the quality of nurse services. This study uses a quantitative research method with a survey method with data analysis techniques using a structural equation model (SEM) with the help of Amos software. nurses were involved in the research trial. The results showed that the service quality of nurses was dominantly shaped by transformational leadership of 25.4% which was formed by the dimension of intellectual stimulation of 0.973. Novelty in this study is to create and improve the quality of nurse services in the city of Bekasi, the thing that must be considered is the transformational leadership which is assisted through the provision of transparent and proportional incentives, then intellectual stimulation is given to nurses which gives birth to high dedication of nurses. The implementation of applicable regulations will give birth to a responsive attitude (fast nurse response to patients which ultimately improves the quality of service.
