This study aimed to evaluate the Aircraft Maintenance Training in the Diploma Three Aeronautical Engineering Study Program by using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) Model. Qualitative approach through evaluative method used the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product) in order to determine targets^ achievement that had been set and provide conclusions on the implementation of the program. The results of the study indicated that the CIPP model used to evaluate the aircraft maintenance program in UNSURYA Diploma Three Aeronautical Engineering Study Program had been running well but still needed some improvement. This was obtained from several findings from each model: the Context evaluation showed moderate interpretation of the program objectives achievement- the Input evaluation showed moderate interpretation of human resources and budget and poor interpretation of facility support- the Process evaluation pointed poor interpretation of establishment mechanisms and obstacles- and the Product evaluation showed moderate interpretation of administrative standardization achievement.
