Performance Analysis in terms of Leadership towards Compensation at the ^MMTC^ Yogyakarta Multi Media College

Abstract

Human resources are one of the main factors in improving organizational performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership towards compensation. This research method used quantitative approach, survey methods and path analysis techniques. This research was conducted at the ^MMTC^ Yogyakarta Multi Media College with sample of 30 lecturers through random sampling technique. The results of this study indicated that leadership had positive and significant influence on performance- compensation had positive and significant influence on performance. The findings showed that leadership and compensation were factors which can improve employees^ performance so that it affects the organizational performance.
