Abstract

This research is a literature study to analyze the determinants of Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This type of research is explanatory research, which connects the relationship between the independent variable Organizational Culture on Organizational Commitment mediated by Career Development and has implications for Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The method used in this study is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of journal papers published from 2016-2020. This study looks at gap analysis and map of reading from reputable journal papers and shows that the topic of Organizational Citizenship Behavior discusses organizational culture and leadership style, but it appears that research related to career development as a mediation still needs to be done as a contribution to research related to good human resource management strategies in Indonesia. company. In this case the researchers took the object in Islamic banks.
