This study examines the relationship between Leadership Style which consists of typical leadership namely Transformational Type, Ethical Type, Charismatic Type and Visionary Type, with Intervening Job Satisfaction variable, and mediating Wise Leadership variable on Team Performance. Departing from the phenomenon of industrial relations between workers and management as represented by the leader of the organization, there will be a very deep relationship related to patterns and cultures that represent the overall performance of the team.. In Indonesia some problem has been arising recent year involving type of leadership and the workers, related to job satisfaction and of course the team performance at the end and many of them need government act to help and solve the problem. This research used quantitatives with locus on West Java Medium Industries arround 100 companies with interviewes arround 5000 using online questionaire, The influence of each Leadership style (transformational, ethical, charismatic, and visionary leadership) on wise leadership has positif influency which mean wise leadership can be build by these type of leadership, And then the influence of each Leadership style (transformational, ethical, charismatic, and visionary leadership) on Job satisfaction all has positif influence, and the influence of Job satisfaction to Team performance has strong positif influence.
