Abstract
ABSTRACT
The employee^s performance of PT. Arsade Inti Gasindo dynamically has been up and down in the last three years. The government determined PT. Arsade Inti Gasindo into an essential sector and this company keeps operating despite of Covid-19 pandemic. This company has loyal employees with long term service duration and devotion to the company. However these long term employees should also understand and uphold organizational culture in their working place. The real current condition rises awareness on the importance of organizational culture for employees^ performances in the company.
The objective of this research was to find out the influence of new life habit pattern implemented by the company to the PT. Arsade Inti Gasindo employees^ performance during Covid-19 pandemic.
This was a quantitative and descriptive research by using multiple linier regression for data analysis. Population was all of 59 employees in the company and this research used non-probability sampling.
The descriptive analysis result showed that organizational culture variable belonged to moderate category and employee^s loyalty and performance belonged to high category. The coefficient of determination test result derived R2 by 0.361and this indicated that 36.1% of PT. Arsade Inti Gasindo employee^s performance was influenced by organizational culture and loyalty, while the rest of 63.9% was influenced by other variables not included in this research.
The research conclusion was that organizational culture and loyalty both partially and simultaneously significantly influenced PT. Arsade Inti Gasindo employee^s performance. The researcher expects this research result would be referential information for PT. Arsade Inti Gasindo to improve employee^s loyalty and organizational culture by making socialization of the company values to its employees in order to improve their loyalties and performances in the future
