Employee performance is an important asset for organizations because it has an impact on improving the quality of organizations, especially government organizations that prioritize service aspects. Several factors that can increase the achievement of good performance are the competence and good demographics of each employee. competence is the ability of employees to be able to carry out their duties and responsibilities with optimal results both from a technical and non-technical perspective. while the demographic factor is a characteristic that distinguishes individuals such as age, gender, education level, length of work, age.
