Capital Budgeting Analysis and Risk Management of New Bali International Airport Development Project Public Private Partnership PT Angkasa Pura I and PT Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Indonesia Abstract This study aims to provide an overview of Public Private Partnership (PPP), analysis of financial feasibility, and risking financially affecting the construction of the New Bali International Airport. This study used descriptive qualitative method. This study uses Capital Budgeting as a tool for financial feasibility and ISO 31000 for analyzing risk. Sources of data used in the primary form through interviews with several position holders within PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) and secondary through historical company data. The results of this research from New Bali International Airport show decent results on the feasibility indicators and there are 17 risks that affect financially and are categorized as high risk and very high risk, thus these are needed special attention from the company.
