A Collaborated NPD Framework to Increase the Product Competitiveness

Abstract

An NPD framework is commonly design as the basic guide activity, and strategy before the product released to the market, but based on literature review most of the framework is in abstract state with minimum insight on how to do in terms of technical aspect. in this paper we take a further way to Optimized the NPD Framework in actual case of manufacturing products, Collaborated with AVAC framework and Kesselring Scoring Matrix to define its product priorities improvement. And DFMEA as final step to detects failure potential. The findings in this research indicates that using this method, the team is easier to understand what is the most crucial improvement to gain a competitive products and what are failures precautions action
