Risk Sexual Behavior in School Age Adolescents: Analysis of Science Education in terms of Religious Values

Abstract

Research conducted by researchers aims to find out how high school students respond to risky sex behavior and explore students^ understanding of risky sex. This type of research is included in the type of mixed method research with a sequential explanatory design. By using a sample of 150 high school students obtained using purposive sampling technique. The instruments used in this study include questionnaires and interviews aimed at strengthening the results of quantitative data. Data analysis in this study used descriptive statistics, including mean, median, min and max, and qualitative data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman method, namely reducing data, displaying data and concluding. The results obtained by researchers in this study are student responses to risky sexual behavior in the good category, and students understand what are the risks if they engage in risky sexual behavior, which will result in the student becoming pregnant early, marrying early and will make the student break up. From school. From this, it has implications for students, students who know risky sexual behavior well will also experience early marriage and early pregnancy if they do not fortify themselves, with this it is necessary to instill religious values in their education in order to be able to fortify themselves and avoid getting pregnant. And early marriage, which will cause them to drop out of school.
