Effect of Concept Attainment Model Toward Mathematical Generalization Ability and Van Hiele^s Geometry Thinking Ability Mathematics Education Study Program, Bengkulu University Abstract This study intends to know the effect of Concept Attainment Model towards the students in the mathematical generalization ability and the Van Hiele^s geometry thinking ability. This study uses quasi experimental method. The population includes all student of SMP Negeri 16 Bengkulu, in the academic year 2020/2021. The sample consists of two classes selected using purposive sampling techniques. Mathematical generalization ability and Van Hiele^s geometry thinking ability is measured by a test that has been valid and reliable. Furthermore, the data obtained is analyzed using MANCOVA test with 5% significant level (α- = 0,05). The result of the hypothesis test indicates that there is a positive effect of Concept Attainment Model into mathematical generalization ability and Van Hiele^s geometry thinking ability.
