Abstract

The limits of instructional media in teaching free-body diagrams result in several issues, including decreased interaction, inefficient drawing time, lack of precise scale, and inability to educate pupils to draw correctly. This leads to a deficiency in students^ ability to draw FBD and the emergence of pieces of student knowledge. Our study aims to develop a magnetic whiteboard-based motion dynamics learning package. Our research and development processes are based on the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The findings of the media development project place the validity test in the very good category. Several of the things we do are in response to suggestions from practitioners and experts, like the necessity of varying the weight on the beam, the role of the ruler on the arrow, style type symbols, and the addition of some attributes to make it more contextual (rope, table, etc.). Additionally, the motion dynamics learning package includes a companion module to assist instructors in teaching object diagrams efficiently and comprehensively.
