Abstract
Posyandu as a form of Community-Based Health Efforts (UKBM) which is managed and organized from, by, for and with the community is very effective in solving various community problems. To optimize the existence of Posyandu in providing services, it is necessary to revitalize it to become a Family Posyandu as was done in the Province of West Nusa Tenggara. The Family Posyandu itself functions as a center for education and early detection of various hamlet-based health and social problems towards family resilience. This study aims to see the extent to which the implementation of the Family Posyandu in dealing with the stunting problem in Kembang Kerang Daya Village, East Lombok, which is seen through input indicators, process indicators, and output indicators that become the posyandu performance assessment. The method used is qualitative with descriptive analysis. The data collection was carried out quantitatively with descriptive analysis of the indicator documents for the implementation of Posyandu in Kembang Kerang Daya Village. The results obtained from this study are that the Posyandu services for the Kembang Kerang Daya Village Family are still not optimal in dealing with stunting cases. The findings from this research can be used as a reference to improve the optimization of Family Posyandu services in East Lombok Regency, especially in handling stunting cases.
