Abstract
The motivation for carried out this research is the Minister of Education and Culture Regulation Number 24 of 2012 - the lack of understanding of students about local wisdom of regional leadership - and teaching constraints in the FISIP Management Study Program USN Kolaka. This study aimed to develop teaching materials for the Leadership Management course as an answer to the three motivations above. To bridge these needs, researchers developed a module through the 3 stages of Boll and Gol development. The results of the development showed that the Leadership Management module which is the product of this research is feasible to be used as teaching material in the Management Study Program of FISIP USN Kolaka. However, the researcher also recommended an advanced research to enable measurement of the effectiveness of implementing this module on a large scale.
