Abstract

Background: Clinical Pathway can provide consistent, safe, efficient, effective, and timely care that will result in positive outcomes for patients and reduce the inappropriate use of unnecessary resources. Purpose: to identify staff perceptions and barriers of medical personnel in the application of clinical pathways.
