SIMULTANEOUS DUAL-TASK TRAINING (MOTOR-COGNITIVE) EFFECT ON DYNAMIC BALANCING CHANGES IN THE ELDERLY Universitas Hasanuddin Abstract Objective: Dual-task training is one of a training method that combines two activities at once at the same time. Basically, each individual can do more than one activity, but it becomes difficult when they enter old age which is characterized by changes in functions of physical, cognitive, emotional, psychosocial and sexual. Changes in old age can result in an increased risk of falling caused by disturbances in walking patterns and body balance. This study aims to find out the impact of dual-task training on the dynamic balance in the elderly.
