Abstract
Musik Rhythm Dinamika Production (MRD Production) is a company engaged in the rental of event / event contractor equipment (production) which has been established since 2011. MRD Production makes Personal Selling the main promotional tool in marketing products. In writing this research, the writer uses qualitative research methods. The reason the writer uses qualitative methods is because the writer wants to provide an overview and description of the state of an object and subject to be studied and is related to the situation that occurred at that time. In this study, the authors used a single instrumental case study. The result of this research is that personal selling conducted by MRD Production is carried out through consumer targeting activities through advertising activities, and a/b testing. In addition, through content planning activities with content management activities, and implementing personal selling starting from the prospecting stage to after sales.
